IVUS Medical ApS collects and processes ordinary personal data relating to contact and delivery information. When you provide us with your personal data via our website, we fully inform you about which data is collected and how it will be used.

To be registered as a customer with IVUS Medical ApS, the following information is required: company name, department, CVR/EAN number, billing information, contact person, email address, phone number, address, postal code, and city. This information must be entered on our customer registration page.

Personal data is registered for the purpose of fulfilling agreements entered into regarding the delivery of goods and services. By submitting your information to IVUS Medical ApS, you consent to our use of the data for this purpose.

Upon customer registration, you confirm that you have read and accepted our applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery.

Personal data is stored by IVUS Medical ApS for up to five (5) years, depending on the purpose of the registration. Inactive data is deactivated after 180 days unless it relates to existing contractual agreements.

As a registered customer of IVUS Medical ApS, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. These rights may be exercised in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by contacting us via email.

If you no longer wish to remain a customer of IVUS Medical ApS, you may request the deletion of your personal data by contacting us in writing. IVUS Medical ApS reserves the right to retain certain information where necessary to fulfill the original purposes or comply with legal obligations.

Any complaints regarding IVUS Medical ApS’ processing of personal data may be submitted to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

As the data controller, IVUS Medical ApS determines the purposes and means of processing personal data, including when data is shared with data processors outside the organization.

IVUS Medical ApS only discloses registered personal data to third parties for specific operational and analytical purposes, provided that a valid data processing agreement has been entered into with the relevant party. Data processors act solely on behalf of IVUS Medical ApS and only in accordance with our instructions and permissions.

Personal data provided to IVUS Medical ApS is not sold to third parties, and we do not collect sensitive personal data from our customers. Any sensitive personal data entered by customers will be deleted as soon as it is identified.
