How do I purchase from IVUS Medical ApS?
We are a B2B company, and therefore a CVR number or EAN number is required to trade with us. A large part of our customers have special agreements with us through purchasing contracts.
You are always welcome to place an order by phone or email. Please call or write to our customer service if you need assistance, would like to place an order, or require more information.
Can I receive a discount?
Is your company, department, or organization covered by a purchasing agreement? Please contact us if you are unsure or would like to learn more about your options as a customer of IVUS Medical. Please contact our customer service by phone or email.
What does delivery cost?
Unless otherwise agreed, a shipping fee of DKK 250.00 per delivery applies.
Does IVUS Medical deliver internationally?
Yes, please contact us if you require delivery outside Denmark.
Can I receive product samples?
Yes, if the item is in stock, we are happy to send samples so you can test the product in your workflow. Please contact our customer service by phone or email.
Can I change my order?
As long as your order has not progressed too far in our system, we can easily make changes. Please note that changes to your order may result in delayed delivery.
When will my order be delivered?
In-stock items are usually delivered within one to two business days. For special deliveries or items on backorder, delivery times will be longer. Product pages indicate whether an item is in stock.
Please feel free to contact our customer service for more detailed delivery information if needed. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with further details about your order.
Where is my order confirmation?
If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact customer service and we will be happy to locate and resend your order confirmation. Please contact our customer service by phone or email.
Can I return a product?
Yes, unless otherwise stated.
Please note: Specially ordered items cannot be returned.

What happens if a product is out of stock?
When you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation. If one or more products are out of stock, this will be stated in the order confirmation, including expected delivery times for the backordered items.
What if there is an issue with the product?
If you receive a product that is damaged or has other defects, please contact our customer service immediately. Having your order number ready will help speed up the process. We also recommend taking a photo of the issue and sending it to us, as this makes the process faster and easier. Please contact our customer service by phone or email.
What if something is missing from my order?
If you receive incorrect products or items are missing, please contact our customer service. We recommend checking your order confirmation first to see whether the missing items are on backorder.
